Fusion Consulting Ltd, having completed its first acquisition in 2017 is pleased to announce its entrance into the Legal Services Sector.
Mitch Young and Adam Maurice formed Fusion Consulting, a multi-discipline consulting practice in September 2015 to cater to the Private Client and SME sectors providing a broad range of services including Taxation, Social Media, Business Advisory, Accounting and IT Strategy.
Adam Maurice said: “It was clear from the start that Legal Services was a missing piece of our portfolio and an area that is so important within our clients’ entrepreneurial businesses”.

At incorporation, Fusion Law has 3 staff and an established client base and will be announcing its Managing Director imminently. Fusion Holdco has been formed to provide the structure for additional bolt-on companies as the business continues to expand in the SME and Private Client sectors.
